16.2 hands : 5 year old : Dutch Harness : Gelding
Nicholas is a 5 year old, DHH gelding standing around 16.2 hands high. This boy has all the flashy markings, and he gets noticed everywhere he goes. He’s sensible, athletic and sweet.
In the barn, Nicholas is a total people lover, and he always wants attention. He has a goofy personality and is a total sweetheart. He is well behaved in the barn and has no bad stall habits. He’s easy to work around, and he can go out with mares and geldings. He always wants to play with the other horses. He has the biggest personality in the barn. Nicholas is well behaved for the farrier and dentist. This gelding is used to getting in the trailer and going all over the place. He loads easily and never gets worked up.
In the ring, Nicholas is coming along very well, and he has proved himself to be super brave and intelligent. He’s a very fast learner and strives to please his rider. He’s all legs and a pretty mover. He’d make a fantastic dressage prospect. He knows how to go on the bit and is learning to be more balanced and properly carry himself. Nicholas would do best with someone with experience or a confident AA working with a trainer who doesn’t mind a goofy personality. He’s sure to put a smile on the face during every ride.
On the trail, Nicholas is happy to lead the group or hang out in the back. He is a brave ride and enjoys going to new places. He will cross streams, and he loves to swim in the river. Not much phases this guy. He’s traffic safe and sensible. He will pop over logs or small fences, and he is always a fun ride. He’s always very curious and has a wonderful personality.
Over jumps, Nicholas is still green, but he is brave and shows potential. He is mostly schooling small jumps and xrails. He continues to improve with each ride and is building confidence over jumps. Nicholas has free jumped up to 3’6 and it was a breeze for him. He’s been out XC schooling and did very well. With the right person, he will excel in any direction.
Nicholas is UTD on shots, coggins, farrier, deworming, and dentist. He is available to purchase for $12,500.
