✨ Meet Valor! ✨
He quite literally stops people in their tracks. From veterinarians to professional trainers, everyone who lays eyes on Valor has the same reaction: pure amazement. His striking, one-of-a-kind color, massive build, and soft, kind eye make him unforgettable. Standing a true 17 hands, this 4-year-old Belgian × Quarter Horse cross gelding has a presence that’s nothing short of breathtaking.
But Valor isn’t just a pretty face. Beneath that impressive frame is one of the kindest, safest, and most dependable young horses we’ve ever had. He’s the real deal—quiet, curious, and honest. He’s truly been one of the highlights of our year, and it’s easy to see why.
Valor rides both English and Western, is beautifully broke to drive, and has been lightly introduced to jumping. He’s the kind that makes you proud every time you pull him out—steady, dependable, and always eager to please.
🐴 Under Saddle
Under saddle, Valor is everything you want in a horse. He’s soft in the bridle, responsive off the leg, and naturally balanced in all three gaits. His walk, trot, and canter are smooth, comfortable, and easy to sit. He’ll go on a loose rein or in light contact, happily adjusting to his rider’s comfort level.
He’s been ridden by all types of riders—from confident kids to adult beginners—and he’s the same every time. Valor is patient, forgiving, and always tries to do the right thing.
He’s been started over small fences and shows quiet willingness and curiosity. He doesn’t get nervous or rush—he simply approaches new things with a calm, steady mind. With his great attitude, he’ll continue to develop nicely wherever his new person wants to take him, whether that’s small jumps, trail obstacles, or light schooling work.
🌳 On the Trail
Valor shines on the trail. He’s confident, sure-footed, and happy to lead or follow. He’s crossed rivers, bridges, and fields, and has been around cars, tractors, and wildlife without a single spook. He loves being out and about, ears forward and relaxed.
Whether you’re out alone or in a group, Valor makes every ride enjoyable. He’s the one you can throw a beginner on and know they’ll come back grinning.
🛞 In Harness
Valor is also beautifully broke to drive—both single and double. He’s been used for events, light farm work, and pleasure driving. He stands quietly to hitch, moves off smoothly, and is 100% traffic safe. He’s steady, patient, and professional in every situation.
🏠 In the Barn
In the barn, Valor is an absolute sweetheart. He’s respectful, calm, and has that puppy-dog personality everyone loves. He stands quietly to groom, bathe, clip, or tack, and genuinely enjoys attention.
He’s wonderful for the farrier and vet (and they all comment on how good he looks), loads and unloads quietly, and hauls without a fuss. He’s polite for barn staff, turns out well with others, and is safe for kids or anyone to handle.
💛 The Whole Package
Valor truly has it all—looks, brains, and heart. He’s the rare kind of horse that catches your eye from across the field, then completely wins you over with his temperament.
Whether you’re looking for a dependable family horse, a trustworthy trail partner, a classy carriage horse, or just a gentle, beautiful gelding to enjoy every day—Valor checks every box.
He’s one of those once-in-a-year horses—steady, kind, and absolutely stunning. Valor is, without question, one of our highlights of the year, and whoever ends up with him will be one very lucky person. 💫
Valor is UTD on Coggins, Dentist, Shots, and Farrier.
