"Omari" - For Sale
15.2-3 hands : 6 year old : Clyde/QH x : Gelding
Omari is a 6yo, Clyde/QH x, standing right around 15.2-3 hands high. This guy is built like a tank and takes up leg well. He has all the flashy markings and gets attention everywhere he goes. Along with being pretty, he has nice movement to go with it. He is light on his feet for being a thicker build which keeps him sporty and versatile.
Under harness, Omari is farm broke to all different types of equipment. He is light and easy to drive. He will drive single or double and will go anywhere you point him. He has great brakes and is a nice relaxing one to drive. He’s soft and responsive, and if you can hold the reins you can drive him. He’s completely traffic safe, and he has had tractor trailers on both sides of him simultaneously and stayed steady. If you need a horse to drive he’s the one for the job, and he’s broke the very best. He’s reliable, steady, and knows his job well.
Under saddle, Omari will walk, trot, canter comfortably. He is a nice ride and has quality movement. He takes up leg well and has a comfortable uphill canter. He’s well balanced naturally, and willing to learn. He is a fast learner and very honest. He has a nice slow trot to him and will extend when asked. With more time, this guy could easily double his worth and make someone an awesome mount. He could go any direction and is at the right spot to make into the kind of ride you want.
Omari is a trail blazer and will go wherever he’s pointed. He’s a solid guy and the sturdiest ride in the barn. He will go over any log, mud, or rough terrain without having to be asked twice. He’s brave on the trail and enjoys being out. He would make a great fox hunter or one to take on paper chases. This guy is loaded with potential.
In the barn, Omari has no bad stall habits. He’s behaved for the farrier and dentist and easy to work around. He stands to groom and tack up, and he gets along with all the other horses. He loves his buddies and enjoys being with them.
